He was satisfied to accept life as life is. He was a friend to everyone, a patriotic American. Dedicating many hours in behalf of the disabled veterans. He was past Commander and was honorary life member of both the American Legion Alamo Post #2 and the Disabled American War Veterans Association. He was also a life member of the San Antonio Elks Lodge #216, having been its Treasurer for twenty-five years. He was truly a friend of man and nothing deterred his allegiance to his faith as a Jew. He was a kind and indulgent family man. In his love for his family, he embraced equally those related by blood or marriage. We, his wife, son, daughter and three grand-children honor his memory.
